I’d second that. Got the Dreame Ultra, wasn’t impressed at first but the more it cleans, the more it learns. Especially with the detection between carpets/hardwood and playmats etc. kids make a lot of mess so it forces you to pick things up and put them away so it doesn’t vac/mop around them

Try altering the setting to max vacuum suction. Do not let it auto select

You definitely need to set it to it's most intense settings on carpets

How would you know if you have never owned a dream product if it would be better or worse ?. I also watched lots of videos and my choice was dreame after much product testing.

Obviously is a representative for the company Bobsleep.. I've actually had the unpleasurable experience of using one of these pieces of junk. It got so hot while charging it nearly set on fire you could smell it throughout the full house.. Not even in the same league as anything that Dreame company make.

Hello, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. You may try increasing the frequency of side‑brush and mop extension, and turning off the Low‑Collision Mode under Floor Cleaning Settings. In addition, you can set “Low-Height Areas” for regions with limited height and enable Extreme Coverage Mode to enhance the cleaning performance under low‑clearance furniture.
