[X50 Ultra Complete] Carpet cleaning and dog hair

My X50 doesn’t pick up dog hairs on my dining room carpet and seems to just collect them into a dirty wet bundle at the side of carpets. It struggles with a thick sculpted hall carpet too. I have re mapped once but find the carpet features baffling. I have had to manually clean out dog hairs clogged in the filter but that is clear now and it doesn’t seem to be sucking them up at all.

Good day,

We're sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced.

The issue with the robot vacuum cleaner struggling to pick up dog hair on carpets is often due to blockage at the dustbin outlet by flocculent hair, which affects the fan's performance.

We recommend manually cleaning the blockage and increasing the frequency of cleaning and auto-emptying to reduce dust accumulation. Additionally, please try using the "Max" or "Turbo" suction mode to see if there is any improvement.

We will actively forward your feedback to our product development department and continually improve and upgrade our products based on customer feedback.
