[L40 Ultra] Robot failing to dock

Hi recently in the past week my dreame L40 ultra AE has been unable to dock randomly. Has anyone else had this issue ?

Hello,

Please try the following steps:

- Check if there is any debris or dust on the robot’s charging contacts. Dust may cause repeated docking issues. Please wipe the contacts clean before use.

- Check whether the metal spring pins on the charging contacts are stuck.

- Restart the robot. Remove it from the charging dock and try charging again. Please check if you hear the voice prompt “Start charging.”

- Reset the robot. Open the top cover of the robot. Near the Wi-Fi indicator light, there is a small reset hole. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt “Restoring factory settings.” Then restart the robot and see if it works properly.

*Please note that resetting the robot will erase all data, including any maps you have created.
