Dreame blocked water for mop

Hi I have the L10 and I cannot get the mop function to work. No water is reaching the mop heads. I have used a pin on the mop head supply point but no blockage there. Please advise as it’s the main reason we use it and it doesn’t work

If water still doesn't reach the mop pads after clearing the outlet, it's possible that the internal water lines of the robot are blocked. We recommend contacting our after-sales support team for further assistance.
