Vaccum leaving lost of debris behind

Hi my Dreame L40s Pro Ultra Is leaving a lot of debris behind I have it on vac and mop mode but I’m regularly seeing stuff left behind. Can anyone help please?

1. The dustbin may be full. Please open the top cover of the robot, remove the dustbin, and clear out any debris inside.

2. Remove the filter and gently tap it against the edge of a trash bin to dislodge surface dust and debris. Rinse the filter with clean water and ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling it into the compartment. Then turn the robot back on to see if it operates normally.

3. Detach the main brush from the bottom of the robot, clean it thoroughly, and check whether the main suction inlet is clogged with any foreign objects.

4. Try cleaning using the highest suction mode to see if it improves the cleaning performance.
