Lines with the mop

Hello,
I'm just wondering if anyone else gets lines like this with the mop.
How can I ensure the mop is clean everywhere?

Thank you for your reply.
Given that this is not the desired behaviour, can we say that Dreame has to correct this for a premium robot?
It would be interesting to hear Dreame's response.

Hello,

Our robot features the world’s first bionic mechanical arms, designed to extend the mops outward for edge-to-edge cleaning. Due to this unique edge-cleaning strategy, there may be a small area between the two mops that is not immediately mopped—this is a normal phenomenon.

Please rest assured that the robot first performs edge cleaning, followed by an S-shaped cleaning pattern. The missed area will be covered during the subsequent cleaning process.

We understand your concerns and would like to offer a few suggestions that may help:

1. Please check the installation of the mop pads to ensure they are centered and properly aligned without any deviation.

2. Try using the “Standard” cleaning route or run the cleaning task again. After completing the full cleaning cycle, any residual marks should be removed. (Please refer to the attached image for settings.)

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our customer service team for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
