L20 ultra complete Base station problem

The L20 Ultra base station is not working after a firmware update.

Hello, I reported this issue a few days ago, but haven't received any information about a solution.

I'm having a problem with my L20 Ultra Complete after updating the firmware to the latest version 4.3.6_1639, as reported in the app.

After the update, the base station seems to have stopped communicating properly with the robot vacuum. The buttons on the charging station no longer control the robot, the automatic emptying of dirty water and dust doesn't activate, and the wet and dry mops no longer work, despite the app reporting this.
When I select the emptying function in the app, the robot moves slightly, as if pressing against the base, but the suction motor doesn't activate.

Other than that, the robot works and returns to the charging station without any problems.
I've tried deleting the robot from the app and resetting it several times, but nothing has resolved it.
At least the basic watering functions work.  After removing the robot, I can perform cleaning and emptying operations by holding the docking station button for 3 seconds for each operation.

Everything worked perfectly before the update.

Is there any way to fix this?

Please follow the steps below to try resolving the issue:

1. Power on the base station, then press and hold the robot’s power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. You should hear a voice prompt from the robot.

2. Place the robot on the base station with the mop pads facing the station. The robot will automatically connect to the base. When you hear a voice prompt, it means the pairing is successful and the base station buttons can now control the robot normally.

If you hear “Base station activation failed” or see this message in the app, please try the following steps after ensuring the robot is connected to the Dreamehome app:

1) Place the robot on the base station.  
2) Press and hold the “Leave” button on the base station, then quickly press the “Start” button 5 times. (Refer to the image for guidance.)  
3) Wait until the base station’s white light starts flashing, then tap “Start Activation” in the app and wait patiently for the activation to complete.

*This process takes about 1 minute. Please do not move the robot during this time.
