Not cleaning up to the edge

Whilst vacuuming or mopping the robot is not going up the edge of wall or furniture.

Is there a setting I need to change ?

For this issue, please wipe the edge sensor on the right side of the robot with a soft dry cloth. Make sure the edge sensor is not blocked by any obstacles or objects.

Then try turning off the collision-avoidance mode to see if the situation improves.

Go to: top right corner (three dots) → Floor Cleaning Settings → Collision-avoidance mode

If the robot still cannot perform edge cleaning properly, please contact our after-sales support team for further assistance.

Same problem: after FW upgrade (4.3.9_2169) the mop does not extend anymore. Only if I turn off the robot and the station, after repower, the mop extend works just for a single operation. Already checked settings and factory reset the X50 Ultra Complete but not solved. The after-sales service tell me to ship the machine to their assistance center, but I think that you can easily resolve with an update without discomfort for me.
