Cannot fully charge?

The robot return to the dock but still remain “charging” in 98% after 6 hours of all tasks completed. It already happened twice in this week and we have the robot in less than a month.
How can I resolve the issue?

To protect battery lifespan and ensure charging efficiency, the device automatically monitors battery temperature during charging. When the temperature reaches a certain threshold, the system will activate the cooling fan to help lower the temperature. The temporary pause in charging that you observed is a normal part of this process.

This intelligent thermal control design helps prevent battery overheating while maintaining a fast charging speed, so there's no need to worry.

Note: We recommend avoiding placing the device in damp areas or under direct sunlight (such as on a balcony), as environmental factors may cause the battery to overheat more quickly.
