[L40s Pro Ultra] Issue when cleaning mop pads

Can someone help me ? The arm extension cause the mop pads doesn’t clean anymore :(

Hello,

To restart the robot: remove the robot from the charging dock, then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it off. After that, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds to turn it back on.

To reset the robot: open the top cover of the robot. On the side near the Wi-Fi indicator light, there is a small reset hole. Press and hold it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt: “Restoring factory settings.” Then start the robot and see whether it can operate normally.
