Issue with carpet shield

Carpet shield does not open up for tue mop roller.

The robot is mopping with the shield still closed

Dear customer,

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the robot.
Step 2: Turn the robot upside down.
Step 3: Gently push the cover to ensure both sides of the roller guard are aligned horizontally.
Step 4: Tilt the robot onto its side and gently press down on the roller guard with one hand. While doing so, press the power button to restart the robot while it is on its side. Once the restart is successful, the roller guard will automatically retract.
