[L10s Ultra Gen 2] Started cleaning by itself

Just set up the vacuum for 2 days. Set 2 schedules at mid day and midnight. It started global cleaning by itself at around 4pm on the every day and I need to cancel it manually. There is no schedule set for the time nor any manual trigger issued. What is happening and how to fix it?

Hello,

We recommend checking whether your phone’s system time is set according to your local time zone. If it is set to a different region, this may cause the issue. Please also ensure that the region selected in the app matches your actual location.

Kindly check whether the charging dock’s cable is properly connected. If it is loose, the dock may not be able to supply power to the robot vacuum, which could cause it to retreat and attempt to locate a new power source.

If the robot vacuum is shared with others, please make sure that no one else is operating it at the same time.
