Mop marks on the tiles after cleaning

Hello, my robot is leaving mop marks on the tiles after cleaning.
The marks are made by the gap between the mops.
Any ideas,

That's weird, I have an L40s and that doesn't happen....most likely they'll ask you to restart the robot 🤖

The robot uses a world-first bionic mechanical arm with an edge-mopping strategy that extends the mop pads to clean along walls and corners. It is normal for there to be a small area between the two mop pads that may not be reached during the initial pass.

Please don’t worry — the robot first performs edge cleaning and then follows an S-shaped cleaning path. These areas will be covered in the subsequent cleaning process.

We understand your concern and would like to offer a few suggestions that may help:

1. Please check the installation of the mop pads to ensure they are properly aligned and centred without any deviation.

2. Try using the “Standard” cleaning route or run an additional cleaning cycle. Once the full cleaning process is completed, any missed marks should be covered. (Please refer to the attached image for settings.)
