Cleaning main wheels

The main wheels are tangled. I can't find anything in the manual about how to disassemble or clean them.

Only the universal wheel is removable; the main wheels are not removable.


You can try turning off the robot and flipping it over. Then, gently rotate the main wheels by hand and use a pair of tweezers, small scissors, or a toothpick to carefully remove any tangled hair or debris.
