H30 APP

Hello there, I have recently purchased a H30 but aim unable to find it on the devices. I have tried to add it through H14 as that is the closest to what I have ( physically- in appearance) will this model be supported?

Thank you for the info, I assumed I will not get support with this product as I brought direct from China. The unit works great I just wanted to change the language and the driven functions.
