New L10s Ultra Gen2 won't charge from dock anyone else experienced this?

Hi everyone,

I just received a brand new Dreametech L10s Ultra Gen2, but it won't charge from the docking station. Here's what happens:

When I place the robot on the dock, it keeps saying: "start charging" repeatedly.

The robot eventually shuts down when the battery reaches 0% and then says: "low battery, robot will turn off" in a loop.

The dock LED blinks constantly.

I tried powering off the robot, manually placing it on the dock, and cleaning the contacts, but nothing changed.

There is no factory reset button on this model, and app actions don't help.

All cables are correctly connected (only the 3-pin cable included), and I double-checked for protective films.

Has anyone else had this prohlem with a brand new L10s Ultra Gen2? Could this be dock issue? Any advice before I contact support for eplacement?

Silly comment but have you tried Powering the robot off and then back on?

Also maybe try to slightly move it a bit, maybe when you put in the docking station the contacts don't align

Normally, a flashing LED on the base station indicates that the robot is charging. However, in your case, the base station light is flashing but the robot is not charging, which seems unusual.

You may try performing a factory reset to see if this resolves the issue:

Resetting the robot: Open the top cover of the robot. Near the Wi-Fi indicator light, there is a small reset hole. Press and hold it for about 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt saying “Start restoring factory settings.” Then restart the robot and check if it functions normally.
