Doesn’t get into all corners

I’ve noticed ‘Ronnie’ is not getting into all corners. E.g. he gets the corner at one end of the kitchen plinth but not the other end (he starts cleaning a little way from it). This happens in about 3 or 4 other places too. Any ideas?

Have you already set the side brush extension frequency to “High Frequency” mode? If not, we recommend that you set the frequency to “High Frequency” and see if this improves the situation.
