Struggling to map

I am trying to create a map for another floor. That floor is completely carpetted so I will only be using vacuum function. When I start to do Fast Mapping, the device gives an error. It says that it needs to start from hard floor and it will not start mapping from carpet.
Is there a solution to this please

We recommend selecting "Ignore Carpet" in the Carpet Settings to see if this resolves the issue.

If the mapping still cannot be completed successfully, please contact our after-sales support team and send them a photo of the actual floor surface so they can assist you further.
