My Matrix10 has picked up the area under my kitchen cabinets through the gap of my fridge. I’ve tried to wall it off to make a separate room but it’s not recognising the partition.
Neo (my Matrix10) goes down the corridor behind to try and get access that way.

For the app to drop the virtual boundary the red line needs to be full, no dots. If you reduce the length a bit towards the edge of the top it should work

Room separation can only be used to redivide areas and cannot prevent the robot from entering an incorrect zone. Additionally, both ends of the room separation line must be placed on the edges of the map; otherwise, it cannot be added successfully.

To prevent the robot from entering the incorrect room, you can add a virtual wall or a no-go zone.

My solution
