Low Detergent alarm - but tank is full.

As stated, I get a “refill detergent A” alert on the app even though the tank is nearly full. What does this work off? How can I fix it as it’s rather annoying,

The robot also seems to have a blockage on one or two of the mopping “jets” as there is a dry line behind it at all times.

It’s 2 days old, I’ll probably return as it’s already blocked it’s bin more than once during cleaning due to the tiny door that lets dust out.

For the issue where “Cleaning Solution A” is not being recognized, please try cleaning the metal contacts on both the base station and the cleaning solution cartridge. Then, reinstall the cartridge and ensure it is properly seated.

Done all that. It’s brand new, it’s the first time I’ve ever used it on a clean floor about 5m2 so how on earth can it be dirty 😂.

Will be returning it as too many issues in the first day of ownership..
