L50 Ultra won’t climb doorsteps

L50 Ultra suddenly can’t recognize thresholds (doorsteps) so unable to clean house. It worked fine the first couple of weeks using “Pro-leap” on every doorstep as it’s supposed to. 

But now it can’t even leave the room where the base station is, and has been, since initial setup. 

I have factory re-set the robot and unplugged the base station. 
I have deleted map and re-mapped the whole house. Sensors are clean and scratch free. 
It has not been dropped or in any way damaged. 
Sometimes it will recognize a doorstep but 80% of the time it won’t…
It’s seems to have started after updating to the latest firmware.(4.3.9_3276) Is there any way to roll back the firmware to the previous version?

I seem to have a similar issue with the l40

I may have same issue on the Matrix10.  Can’t get it over a threshold.

Have you also tried adding a "passable thresholds" in the map settings?
