Threshold issue Matrix10

Have a carpeted room that I have added to the map. It has a small threshold that it struggles to drive over so added it as a threshold to allow the Matrix10 to walk over.  
However when I tell it to clean that room it gives me the error in the image.  Not sure why it doesn’t like the route.  It cleans the area outside the room and if I place it in the carpeted room it can find its way back to the base station.

What cleaning task have you set? If it includes a "mopping" task, the robot may not be able to enter a fully carpeted room.

If the device still cannot enter the room in "vacuum only" mode, please provide the following information so we can further analyze the issue:

1. The height of the threshold  
2. The S/N on the label at the bottom of the robot  
3. The firmware version
