When I use selective room cleaning the robot will not go out only when asked to vacuum only, also if I press play on the app to clean all rooms in order set the base station states “start cleaning” and does nothing any ideas the robot hasn’t had any issues before but now it’s won’t do anything I ask it.

Have you done a full power cycle?
When you ask it to do the one room does it move at all?

May I ask if there is a carpet placed in front of the base station, or if the robot has automatically detected a carpet?

If there is a carpet in front of the base station, the robot may not leave the base when performing any task that involves mopping.

If there is no carpet in front of the base station but the device still does not respond, we recommend unplugging the base station and trying to reset the device to see if that resolves the issue:  
Open the robot's top cover. Near the Wi-Fi indicator light, there is a small reset hole. Press it for about 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt saying “Start restoring factory settings.” Then restart the robot and check if it operates normally.
