Mopping and detergent

Loving my X50 ultra but it isn’t mopping particularly well. I’ve been using it for six weeks and the detergent has hardly been used. Is there a way I can add a stronger solution to the mopping process?

You can’t increase the mix ratio.  In theory you could add something to the clean water tank but I wouldn’t recommend this as not advised.

We recommend following the steps below to check whether the cleaning solution is being properly dispensed:

Please check if the "Auto Add Detergent" function is enabled. If it is not enabled, please turn it on first and then run a mop pad cleaning cycle. After the cleaning is complete, shake the dirty water tank and check if there is foam inside. If you see foam, it means the base station has automatically added detergent.

Alternatively, you can manually add approximately one capful (about 28 ml) of cleaning solution to the clean water tank.
