[X40 Ultra Complete] Mop pad

The vaccum keeps struggling to install its mop pads. This happens at least once or twice a week. I have check the base numerous time and can't see any reason for it. Any ideas

Hello,

Please try to fix the issue by following the steps below first:

1. Please inspect the base station's cleaning tray for any foreign objects. If found, please remove all debris and wipe the cleaning tray thoroughly.

2. Pease restart the robot. After restart, please manually reinstall the mop pad holder.

If the problem persists, please contact our after-sales department for further assistance.
