[X40 Ultra Complete] Mapping

I am teying to get a more acfurate map from the vacumm as its keeps mistaking the rugs for hard flooring and mopping them. It also keeps placing items where there isnt any.  Any ideas on how to resolve this.

have you tried editing the map manually and drawing on your carpets? this might help with that one.  Also definitely check the cameras/sensors are clean

Regarding the issue where the device fails to recognize carpets, we recommend manually adding the carpet area.

As for the incorrect obstacle detection, we suggest manually cleaning the bumper sensor and laser sensor, and checking whether both sensors can rebound properly. After that, please restart the robot and try starting the task again.

Additionally, please check in the app to see if there is any map overlap or displacement. If so, we recommend manually restarting the robot and initiating the task again. If the issue persists, we suggest trying to rebuild the map.
