Carpet avoidance

I have a carpet in the middle of a room and i want the robot to not vacuum it. However i need the robot to pass over it to go to another room. How can i do this? If i select "avoid" on the carpet, the robot completely avoids the carpet also whent not vacuuming and it cannot get to the other room and gets stuck

If ignored it gets no cleaning action performed on it.  I have a carpet in a room.  Min hoovers it and th rest of the room, then does a mop of the room but ignored the rug

Do you have this setting on your app.  Allows the robot to cross it but not clean it.
