X50 - washboard filter is not installed

From day one, Dream X 50 displayed the error "washboard filter is not installed". The error appears and disappears randomly. There are days when I don't get any errors, then it reappears without me doing anything, returns to normal, and after a day or two, starts according to the daily cleaning-washing schedule.
I should mention that the washing filter magnet is in place, I have reset the robot, and the base has been removed and put back into operation. However, the error appears and disappears as it pleases.
Is there any other solution to solve this issue?

however based on the issue you are saying and that the magnet is in place, this could indicate a further fault which will need after sales care really.
