Dream L10 ultra map unable to recognise

I have 3 maps. When I bring it to the upper flow and change to the upper map it recognises. once the cleaning is done I bring it downstairs to the docking station but it does not recognise the docking station map. This is after accepting the policies of the dreame app. The intelligent recognition is switched on and still it recognises.

have you tried just slotting it back into the docking station as you're already carrying back to that floor?
