Not using detergent

Hi my Aqua 10 Roller has not used any of the detergent from pot 1 or 2 during mopping since new over a week ago and has done lots of mopping cycles. Do i need to return it? Or is there something i can do.
All contacts are clean.

I wondered the same, asked support by email, and was told to keep running the mop and check the detergent tank after "more hours". I've done 77 cycles / 10906 minutes of mopping and vaccum now and the tank hasn't gone down at all.

But from reading other posts today, on this forum, i discover the tank is only used for washing the mop roller -- and the you need to put detergent in to the clean water tank manually! Crazy.

So if that is true, thats why your detergent is not going down in the tank...

I have checked and pot 1 is for the floor and pot 2 is for cleaning the roller but I have not used any at all.
I will speak to support.

When using the cleaning solution, the first cleaning consumes about 1.33 milliliters, and the second cleaning consumes about 0.67 milliliters. After cleaning the mop pads 100 times, approximately one-third of the cleaning solution tank's capacity will be used. Therefore, this consumption may not be very noticeable.

Meanwhile, please check if the following two features are enabled in the app. If not, please enable them first.

Tap the three dots in the upper right corner — Base Station Settings — Mopping with Detergent & Mop-washing with Detergent.

Finally, please clean the metal contacts on the base station and the cleaning solution box, then reinstall the cleaning solution box.

Ok, those amounts are tiny, that could be the reason it looks like it's not using it. Thank you for the information.
