Battery Life

We have recently brought a H15 and we are only getting 30min max on a full charge and using standard settings
Do we have a fault battery or is this standard

Pretty sure the website said 1 hour typically

Is your device model H15 Pro? If it is H15 Pro, the battery life is 40 minutes in standard mode and 60 minutes in quiet mode.

If the battery life is only 30 minutes, this seems unusual. We recommend contacting our after-sales service department for further assistance.
