H14 Pro auto reset

Hello,
I've had an H14 Pro from about one month, i'm really happy about that but it have a problem: sometimes it's auto reset to initially set up, losing the personalized profile and worse the usage statistics and the wear status of the accessories.
Actually firmware is 1.5.6_1052

I think is a firmware bug, they will solve it for sure in the next update
