I cannot delete or move a chair in the lounge, it just creates a new one and x does nothing

Hi. Why do you need to delete it? It puts it in so to avoid it.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the issue with furniture recognition or editing on the map, we suggest you re-create the map.

Please delete the current map in the Map Management section and let the robot perform a "Fast Mapping" again. This will clear previous logical errors and usually resolves the issue where furniture cannot be moved or deleted.

If the account was shared, the room cannot be renamed. You might also try restoring factory settings:

Open the robot's top cover. Near the Wi-Fi indicator light on the side, there is a small reset hole. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Starting factory reset." Then start the robot and see if it works normally.
