Can't use the speech

I've a problem with trying to establish speech in the app. I tried to join with alexa but it wouldn't even though I enabled the skill. It just says it can't locate any devices. I tried siri but each time I record the command, the app crashes. Any one may be able to help it is there possibly a problem with the robot too? Thanks for any help. Joanne

regarding the Alexa skill issue: Alexa has made adjustments to the requirements for voice functionality, and we are making necessary upgrades and optimizations to the Dreamehome skill. Rest assured, we are working on this as quickly as possible.

As for the Siri issue, we recommend that you send relevant screenshots or screen recording videos along with the device's serial number (SN) to our after-sales team for further analysis.
