Stuck brush guard, help :(

During a cleaning session, the robot stops, and the app indicates the main brush is stuck. I attempted to remove the brush guard to clean the main brush, but despite multiple attempts, the guard won't come off. It could be moves up and down but remains attached. I've tried to pick some dirt from the underneath the snatches carefully without damaging the brush. Is this something I can fix myself, or should I send it for repair? Thank you.

Hello, the main brush cover needs to be pushed inwards like this to remove it. Is this how you do it? If you still can't remove the main brush cover after pushing it inwards, something might be stuck inside. Could you please record a video for us to confirm?

Were you able to resolve it. Tried to look at the video but not there anymore.

If it can move up and down a bit, thats a good sign, you could try wiggling it gently side to side while pulling up, or maybe use some canned air to blow out anything under the clips, sometimes that frees it up, if it still wont come off, dont force it too much or you might break it
