Missing rooms or not cleaning in sequence

Is anyone else having an issue with their robovac starting the cleaning sequence that is not set for it eg starts room 4 before going to room 1 or it missing out cleaning a room all together, so has to be sent out again eg. Starts at room 1, follows sequence to room 2, misses out room 3, does room 4 and then states it has finished?!

Please check whether you are using “Clean Genius” mode or “Custom Mode” in the app.

In “Clean Genius” mode, the robot will autonomously determine the cleaning sequence for the room. In Custom Mode, the robot will clean according to the sequence you have set.

For issues where the robot misses rooms, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. The robot cannot enter narrow spaces. The accessible space should be 2cm wider than the left and right sides of the robot.
2. If there is a carpet at the door during mopping mode, it will prevent the robot from entering the room for cleaning. Please remove the carpet and try again.
3. If maps overlap, the robot's positioning may become abnormal, leading to missed cleaning. In such cases, please rebuild or restore the map.
4. If long-pile carpets or wires are placed on the floor at the entrance, the obstacle-avoidance robot will bypass them. In such cases, please clear the floor first.
5. It is necessary to wipe the line laser and Al lens promptly. Dirty robots may misjudge the front as obstacles, resulting in missed cleaning.
6. Please check if the room threshold is too high.
