Mop pads off

My robot always says mop pads off and it stops cleaning. The mop pads are neat and ckeaned Properly.  Can you give a solution

Have you cleaned under the pads on the machine to make sure all sensors and bits and good.

Hello, please check if the mop pad holder mounting area is dirty, as this may affect installation recognition. If it is dirty, please thoroughly clean the affected area and test the machine to see if the problem is resolved.
