Im quite disappointed to see that the Alexa Skill has returned after 3 weeks of “adjustments” but it’s just the same as before. Why has there not been more added features like asking Alexa to start a shortcut? This is a much needed functionality and quite simple to do in terms of build. Why has this not been added along with other features highly requested by users? This is really disappointing and shows that we are not listened to and our feedback is pointless. I wont be buying anymore Dreame Products.

This has been said before. Having Alexa enable Dreame shortcuts will mean that users can customise any voice command with any cleaning sequence to suit their preferences. If this was implemented then it would solve all issues with voice commands.
