Device only did half a clean

So I set the Matrix10 off to do the clean today, to do all rooms and it appears it only did half.  I can only guess it for some reason didn’t want to go down the ramp.  I ran it again after and it happily went down to do the other rooms.
What would be ideal, when a device can’t clean an area, be it access issues or obstructions, can we have this as an alert of mentioned in the report.  The device can take photos, so why not take an image of the issue that prevented the device doing its job.

Hello,

Thank you very much for your sharing. The Matrix 10 Ultra does comes with the function of taking Obstacle images. After you agree the Privacy Policy, it will record the obstacles of the latest cleaning tasks and show them in the cleaning record.

Hello,

I took a detailed look at your map. It might not actually be an obstacle. Is there a rug, in between of the two areas, at the spot on the left of the red line? If so, the robot will avoid it when mopping. Please try the vacuum only mode and see if the robot can pass that.

Let me know if this works or not.

Ramp is good. It uses it daily to get to the other rooms.

Thank you for your reply. You may also check whether the added ramp is too steep. We recommend that the ramp angle does not exceed 12 degrees.

Hi.  So mentioned on a different post as well, the vacuum also refused to do that end of the hallway.  I have manually deleted the “carpet/rug” which is actually the tape on the ramp, and now it vacuums the end again.  Strange it refused to due to a “carpet/rug”
