Mower is not mowing in strightlines

Have just set up zones and set the A1 Pro off on it's first mow.
After sometime it started mowing but did not go in stright lines across the lawn as expected. Instead it mows all over the place like a drunk person!
After an hour or so it returned to it's station to recharge. This is what my lawn looks like.
What's the problem here?
Is my grass too long? Obstacle avoidance was set to 20cm.

That’s quite funny. Not sure how the sensors work on the A1. But maybe you have a few bits it sees as plants due to height so avoiding in a lovely pattern.

Thank you for sharing. You can customize the mowing directions in the Dreame App. Simply go to Mowing Preferences.

Yes, the problem was my grass was too long. Some long paspalum shoots esp. Once I gave it the once over with a push mower the A1 is now running straight lines like a Dreame. Thank you all.
