Strange Noise

My robot cleaner is making strange noise while getting ready for mopping.

Please suggest if this is normal or does it need fixing ?

If I’m hearing it right that’s the wheels in reverse to hold it tight to the machine for filling.

Thanks for sharing the video. Please remove the washboard to check if there is any foreign object stuck or hair entangled, please clean it, and then reinstall it to try again.

Thanks Dreamse Support, could you please share the steps on how to relive the waterboard?
I did removed the main brush and removed entangled hair.

check the water tank and the waterboard inlet for any debris or blockages and make sure the tank is seated properly,. Also try lifting the rubber flap on the waterboard to clear anything stuck. if it’s still making that grinding sound after that it’s probably the pump or motor and would need to be looked at or replaced
