Auto dose not working

Anyone have any suggestions as to why its no adding detergent phone and been on chat with support and gone around in circles with no solution (no pun intended 😂) to the problem the last correspondance was can you send a video of the problem 🙄 dont see how i could lol, it mops a sizeable area daily and the floor cleaning solution hasnt gone down for 2 months, its toggled on, its not blocked at the tank the connectors are clean and springing out. Any ideas anyone or is it just faulty

Sounds frustrating.   Could it be floor type selected in the app.  So not adding detergent.

If auto dosing is definitely toggled on and the tank connectors are clean and springing properly, then you’ve already covered the obvious stuff. one thing you could try is removing the detergent tank, turning the robot off completely for a few minutes, then reinstalling everything and powering it back on to rule out a software glitch. also double check in the app that it’s not set to water only for the specific cleaning routine you’re running, sometimes custom schedules override the main setting.
