Aqua 10 Roller Complete

Mop roller does not get warm either during or after mop washing. How do I test that it is actually heating the water? I have had for 3 months and not felt anything remotely warm. Thank you

Hello,

In the Dock Settings, you can adjust your preferences for water volume and water temperature. Please make sure that the hot water function is enabled.

The heating module inside the base station can heat the water up to 100°C during the mop‑washing process. However, for safety reasons, the system injects cold water near the end of the cleaning cycle to cool down both the mop and the heating module.

Because of this cooling step, you may not feel any warmth on the roller immediately after washing, even though hot water was used.

If you would like to check the temperature of the water coming from the mop‑washing outlet, you can use a thermocouple thermometer (see reference image) to measure the temperature at the outlet location and record the temperature changes every second to capture the peak value.

Thank you. I will get a thermocouple thermometer and check. The drying function pleasingly does work.  Thanks
