Vacuum drops dirt behind it!!

We haven’t had this product for long, but I cannot get over the fact that at the same time as picking up dirt the vacuum drops dirt behind it what’s going on?

Any photo or video of it. Have you made sure all filters are fitted correctly

1.Check whether the dustbin is full. Open the top cover of the robot, remove the dustbin, and clean out any debris inside.

2.Clean the filter. Remove the filter, gently tap it on the edge of a trash bin to remove dust and debris on the surface.
Rinse the filter with clean water and make sure it is completely dry before reinstalling it.After that, turn the robot back on and check whether it works normally.

3.Clean the main brush. Remove the main brush at the bottom of the robot, clean it thoroughly, and check whether the main suction inlet is blocked by any debris or tangled hair.

4.Use the highest suction mode.Run the robot on the highest suction mode and check whether the cleaning performance improves.
