[Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete] Detergent issue

The Robot seems not to have you used a single drop since I started using it in December .  I have to add detergent to the tank in order to get the robot to clean .  Please advise

Hello,

It is recommended to check whether the automatic detergent dispensing function has been enabled.

If it is already enabled but the issue still occurs, it is advised to contact after‑sales support to order or replace the detergent tank to see if this resolves the problem.

first thing i’d check is that the detergent cartridge is clicked in properly and that detergent dispensing is actually enabled in the app settings. sometimes it’s set to water only by default. you could also try removing the cartridge, giving the connection area a quick clean, and reinstalling it in case there’s an air lock or blockage
