Robot keeps pausing

I have a vacuum l40 and it keeps randomly pausing for no reason and saying contact customer service. It alway stops somewhere different each time it might also stop more than once in its cleaning cycle and I dont know what to do.

check the app for an actual error code because the robot just saying contact customer service is not helpful. clean the brushes, wheels and sensors really well even if they look fine. also make sure the firmware is updated. if it keeps happening try deleting the map and remapping. if none of that works it might be a faulty sensor and you may need support

Why do you do when it says that? Do you have to pick it up and return to the station?

we recommend that you try resetting the robot. Open the top cover of the robot, and you will find a small reset hole near the Wi-Fi indicator light. Press and hold it for about 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt saying “Starting factory reset.”

If the issue persists after the reset, it may be a hardware malfunction. Please contact our after-sales support team for further assistance.
