Noise while running

Has anyone experienced noises while the robot is cleaning.

There is nothing in the brush unstructuring it and it clean

double check the brushes and wheels for any hidden hair or debris and make sure the dustbin and filter are fitted properly and clean. keep in mind that certain floor types like thick rugs or uneven tiles can make the robot sound louder than usual. If everything looks fine but the noise continues it might be a good idea to reach out to customer support to make sure nothing inside the motor or bearings need looking at
