Robot doesn’t know how to get attached back onto docking station

Robot gets lost and doesn’t know where the docking station is and doesn’t recharge.
Robot won’t recharge even when manually placed in the docking station as when you ask it to recharge it leaves the station and then can’t find it again.
Any idea how to overcome this.
Device is only one week old and was working fine on the first few runs.

Please make sure the docking station is placed correctly according to the following instructions:

The docking station should be positioned against a wall. We recommend placing it in an open area and ensuring that there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front of it and 0.5 meters on both sides.
Also keep it away from sources of signal interference, such as routers or televisions, and avoid placing it opposite reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows.

During cleaning, please ensure that the robot starts from the docking station, and check whether the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating normally.

If all the above conditions have been checked and the issue persists, please open the top cover of the robot and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reboot the device. After that, move the docking station to an open area and try again.
