Hello, may I ask whether you are still able to remove and reinstall the roller brush normally after the button got stuck?

If not, we recommend trying to lift the button using a fork or another suitable tool to see if it can pop back out.

pressing it a few times while gently pulling on the brush cover and see if it frees up. you could also rinse around the button area with a little warm water and then try again once it’s dry. on wet and dry units stuff can dry in there and make the mechanism sticky.
