Robot keeps pausing

I have a vacuum l40 and it keeps randomly pausing for no reason and saying contact customer service. I have already put a forum out and got useful answers, I fully reset the unit and it has been fine for the past week but has now started pausing again. It alway stops somewhere different each time it might also stop more than once in its cleaning cycle and I dont know what to do.
